1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SignalKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
SignalKit provides brand visibility tracking across AI language model platforms. We query LLMs with user-defined prompts and analyze responses for brand mentions, sentiment, and positioning. Results are stored and presented via a web dashboard and API.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your API keys or allow unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SignalKit to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) submit prompts designed to produce harmful, illegal, or abusive content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service beyond your plan limits; (d) impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
5. Billing and Plans
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
6. Data and Accuracy
LLM responses are generated by third-party AI systems and may change over time. SignalKit does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or consistency of LLM outputs. Visibility scores and analytics are calculated based on observed data and should be used as directional indicators, not absolute measures.
7. Limitation of Liability
SignalKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SignalKit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
